Placing an order:
To place an order in the Soy-Eco.com shop: select the products that you want to buy, click to go the cart where you will be able to confirm the details of your order and to proceed to the checkout. Fill out the form with your personal information and select one of the payment methods that are offered.
Within the order form we offer the option of registering with your e-mail address and password selection, to make the purchase simpler, we advise registering first.
If your order is made up of several products you will need to choose the same payment method for all, or alternatively make several orders, utilising the payment method that suits you. Once the order has been realised we will send you a confirmation order by email and advise of the order status.

Orders will be delivered inside Spain and Balearics.
In the cart you will be provided with information about your order: your product selection, cost in Euros plus shipping & handling costs, quantity, colour & size, any product discount or promotion and if you require gift packaging.
Your past purchases will also remain in your registration details for future visits.
Conditions of Purchase - Payment methods:
Soy-Eco currently offers two payments methods:
- - Paypal account or credit card transacion
- Bank transfer in advance, in favour of Louise Brace: you must realise the transfer within a maximum period of three working days after the order has been placed (in the case of not receiving confirmation of the transfer within this period, the order will be cancelled). Under the concept, please put the name of the person that placed the order. In the email confirmation of order you will receive our bank details to make the transfer.
Conditions of Purchase - Prices and availability of products:
The price and availability of Soy-Eco products are updated regularly. But we do not take responsibility for a pricing error or non-availability of a product.
The orders will be attended promptly on order of receipt, in agreement with Article 9 of the Trade Retailer Law.
In case of selling out of a particular product stock, the order of the client will be cancelled, with given notice by email or telephone - unless in the case that the client is impossible to contact - and we will propose him an alternative product where possible.
The tax (IVA) is included in the price of the product.
You can rest assure when buying with Soy-Eco as you are buying under guarantee.

Please ensure you guard the invoice as proof of purchase. In case of a problem with your newly purchased product, unless the product has been mis-handled in anyway, you must present it, together with the manufacturers guarantee on return of product.
Soy-Eco guarantees a safe buy. We are constantly trying to improve our service and to protect the confidentiality of our customers information, we use the safety system Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which guarantees that all the information sent to us in an order (including your name, direction and number of credit card) will be codificated under our secure serve
We deliver in 4-5 days:
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla delivers in 7/10 days.
- Deliveries will only be made to the address that you indicate to us. You will also need to facilitate a contact name and telephone number.
- For Portugal and Morocco consult us.
- Delivery time guaranteed in 95 % of all cases.
- Up to 100 grams 2.58 €
- Up to 2kgs 8.34 €
- Up to 10kgs 8.80 €
- FREE SHIPPING in orders superior to a total of 50 Eur., with delivery in the Peninsula.
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover a Paqute Azul post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting, which you can get from the Post Office.
The refund of the order will be made in full, after receiving the goods returned and on checking the condition of the goods, goods must not have been used and the original packaging must be intact. On confirmation of these details Soy-Eco will issue a refund to the purchaser (return costs not included) to the same payment method that the product was purchased, we do not offer cash refunds.
In case a returned article is not in the above mentioned conditions, it will be sent back to the customer and any corresponding charges will be incurred by the customer.
